Submit the Surname (with all known spellings), First and Middle name.

List dates and places of birth, death, marriage and any important events.

List Wife and Children's names

List places of residence and names of neighbors, if known.

List any detail that may help find the information requested.

Additional Hints for Postal Queries

Enclose a self-addresed stamped # 10 envelope (Legal Size).

Please include your Postal Mailing Address in your email if you would like printed copies of anything mailed to you.
